FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses an L-lysine producing microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium, having increased activity of cytochrome C compared to an unmodified microorganism, and a method of producing L-lysine using said microorganism. Said microorganism contains the cccA gene coding the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 16 cytochrome C-551, and/or cccB gene coding amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 27 cytochrome C-551, where cytochrome C-551 is of origin from the microorganism Bacillus pseudofirmus OF4.
EFFECT: invention provides higher production of L-lysine.
