FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive disc brake lining bearing plate and method of making said bearing plate. Bearing carrier plate (1) has front side (2) for receiving friction lining and rear side (3), on which receiving device (4) is located, made to receive spring element (5), consisting of spring base (6) and two spring arms (7, 8) located at the ends of spring base (6), wherein said receiving device (4) is formed by closing the material with bearing plate (1) of the strap. Proposed method comprises the following steps: a. providing a plate consisting of at least two parts of a negative shape, which has a negative shape for receiving device (4), which is made to receive said spring element (5), consisting of spring base (6) and two spring arms (7, 8) located at the ends of spring base (6), wherein receiving device (4) has at least one support element (9, 10, 11, 29, 30, 31) for spring base (6) and each of said both spring arms (7, 8); b. providing molten metal; c. closure of said at least two-part negative shape of carrier plate (1); d. filling of said at least two-part negative shape of carrier plate (1) with melt; e. at least partial solidification of the melt in the closed negative mould of the strap carrier plate (1); f. opening the negative shape of the strap bearing plate (1); g. removal of said at least partially cured pad carrier plate (1), wherein at least one of said support elements (9, 10, 11, 29, 30, 31) for said both arms (7, 8), springs are provided with undercut (13, 14, 33); h. wherein spring element (5) is introduced into receiving device (4).

EFFECT: providing a bearing plate of the strap, which has an alternative arrangement of the spring element, wherein the content of the necessary parts is minimized, simplified installation of the spring element on the bearing plate of the strap, as well as providing a method of making such a bearing plate of the strap.
