FIELD: transmitting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in on-board equipment of spacecraft with long active life of about 10–15 years. Redundant solid-state microwave power amplifier comprises a housing, on the basis of which there are components of solid-state power amplifiers with high heat release and components directly connected to them, and on the side walls on the outer side there are microwave inputs and outputs, inputs of the secondary power supply source and outputs of telemetry sensors. Remaining components of the redundant solid-state microwave power amplifier are placed on the side walls of the housing.
EFFECT: reduction of dimensions and weight of a redundant solid-state microwave power amplifier with a redundancy factor of more than one and simplification of its design.
