SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sequencing platforms. Apparatus for analysing one or more samples, comprising: a system comprising: a receiving compartment of a reagent cartridge; flow cell assembly; reagent cartridge configured to be housed within the receiving compartment of the reagent cartridge, wherein the reagent cartridge comprises a plurality of reagent reservoirs; and manifold assembly, wherein the manifold assembly comprises a reagent selection valve configured for fluid communication with the reagent reservoirs and for the reagent selective supply from the corresponding reagent reservoir to the flow cell assembly, wherein at least a surface of the manifold assembly associated with the reagent selection valve is connected to a portion of the flow cell assembly.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the analysis apparatus.
