SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to analysis of analysed samples, for example, samples containing DNA clusters. There are disclosed embodiments of a device for analysing one or more analysed samples and a method of analysing one or more analysed samples. Device comprises a contact surface of a flow cell having a plurality of channels, a central valve, an auxiliary spent fluid feed line, as well as a housing comprising a plurality of sample valves and having a plurality of sample ports and a plurality of flow cell ports. Contact surface of the sample cassette is configured to be connected to the sample cassette.
EFFECT: reduced duration of cycle of operations and reduced probability of contamination of analytes and/or contamination between reagents.
