FIELD: creation of samples for biochemical analysis and/or carrying out biochemical reactions.
SUBSTANCE: cartridge for conducting biochemical reactions contains: a microfluidic body containing a sample hole configured to receive a biological sample, a sample channel in fluid communication with the sample hole, an intermediate channel, a feeding channel and a reagent reservoir; the first rotary valve rotatably mounted on the microfluidic body and comprising the first flow channel and an intermediate orifice, the first rotary valve hydraulically connecting the first flow channel to another orifice at the second position of the first rotary valve; the second rotary valve rotatably mounted on the microfluidic body and comprising the second flow channel hydraulically connected to the supply channel, with the second rotary valve hydraulically connecting the second flow channel to the first rotary valve via an intermediate channel in the first position of the second rotary valve and hydraulically connects the second flow channel with the reagent reservoir in the second position of the second rotary valve.
EFFECT: ensuring the performance of genome sequencing with improved quality of analyzes.
