FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration-insulating rubber-metal shock absorber includes a housing made of a base and a cover, in which a bearing bushing and a shock-absorbing element are located. Damping element is made of an elastomeric polymer composition containing at least one rubber of a combination of a copolymer of chloroprene and hydrogenated butadiene-nitrile rubber or polyisoprene and butadiene-nitrile rubber with content of acrylic acid nitrile of 27.0-29.5%, at least one of plasticisers, which is a product of reaction of acrylic acids with polyatomic alcohols – oligoester acrylate TGM-3, as well as a product of reaction of n-butanol with phthalic anhydride dibutyl phthalate and an ester plasticiser dibutyl sebacate, taken in amount of 15.0 to 30.0 wt.pts., vulcanising system taken in amount of 1.8 to 3.0 wt.pts. and containing curing agents: magnesium oxide and zinc oxide, or ground sulphur, a vulcanisation accelerator of di-(2-benzothiazolyl)-disulphide and tetramethylthiuramdisulphide and technical carbon, taken from 15.0 to 45.0 wt.pts.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation.
