SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. User leg actuation device comprises a leg actuation mechanism frame, a first drive axle located transversely to the user's walking direction, and an upper fastening element for the first part of the user’s leg, comprising a transverse upper transmission axle. According to the invention, the following components are introduced: a distal upper parallelogram mechanism comprising a distal upper support arm, a distal upper connector, a distal upper connecting branch and a distal upper intermediate connector. One end of the distal upper support arm is rotatably attached to the first drive axle. Other end of the distal upper support arm can provide an intermediate axis for the distal upper parallelogram mechanism. One end of the distal upper connector is rotatably coupled to the first drive axle in a torque-resistant manner. Distal upper connecting branch and distal upper intermediate connector are connected in series with possibility of rotation between distal upper connector and intermediate axis. Proximal upper parallelogram mechanism comprises a proximal upper support arm, a proximal upper intermediate connector, a proximal upper connecting branch and a proximal upper parallelogram connector. One end of the proximal upper support arm is rotatably attached to the intermediate axis. Other end of the proximal upper support arm is rotatably attached to the upper transfer axle. Proximal upper intermediate connector, proximal upper connecting branch and proximal upper connector with possibility of rotation are connected in series between intermediate axis and upper transfer axis. Distal upper intermediate connector and the proximal upper intermediate connector are rotatably coupled in a torque-resistant manner. Proximal upper connector and the upper fastener are rotatably coupled in a torque-resistant manner. Invention discloses a device for walking rehabilitation and a method for actuating a leg and walking rehabilitation.
