FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and discloses a method of producing three-dimensional material based on octalcium phosphate frames using magnetic levitation of calcium phosphate particles, as well as a three-dimensional material obtained by said method. Method is characterized by that tricalcium phosphate particles of equal size and specific porosity are used, which are subjected to a recrystallisation process after the magnetic levitation assembly of the frame to allow cross-linking of the frame. Chemical synthesis of octaculphate phosphate under conditions of magnetic levitation in inhomogeneous magnetic field is demonstrated. Group of inventions enables to obtain a phase of octaculphate phosphate in a final product which is biocompatible and can be used in orthopedics, dentistry, traumatology, reconstructive-reconstructive, maxillofacial surgery.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of fabricating calcium phosphate constructs.
