FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to plastic and reconstructive surgery, and may be used for auricular defects elimination. An auricular implant contains a polyurethane framework that replicates the auricle geometry. The framework has a gyroid structure. The inside of the framework is imprinted with stiffening ribs in the form of an ossicle, an anti-ossicle and a curl. The stiffening ribs are made of polylactide. Collagen filled with patient's autologous cell spheroids is imprinted in the gyroid structure cells.
EFFECT: invention provides for increase the auricular implant regenerative potential and engraftment ability, while maintaining the auricle initial shape under the skin flap layers tension during implantation including improving the blood flow and increasing the implant structure rigidity.
