SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a strain of microalgae of the genus Schizochytrium, deposited under access number KCTC14344BP, and a strain of microalgae of the genus Schizochytrium, deposited under access number KCTC14345BP, having the ability to produce docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and palmitic acid (PA), and use thereof. Also disclosed is a product having origin from microalgae of the genus Schizochytrium, a feed composition containing said product or concentrates of said product, method of producing said product and method of producing bio-oil using said strains.

EFFECT: invention provides a high level of production of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and palmitic acid (PA).
