SUBSTANCE: proposed are microalgae CJM01 of the Thraustochytrium KCTS 13538BP genus, with increased production of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and reduced production of amino acids; a method for producing biomass, including cultivation of the claimed microalgae, and a method for producing bio-oil, including cultivation of the claimed microalgae and extraction of a lipid containing docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) therefrom.

EFFECT: inventions ensure production of a product with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, particularly, docosahexaenoic acid, suitable for use as a feed composition.
