Said method is carried out by real-time PCR, wherein the method involves identifying allelic variants of rs196329 (A>G) of the BAG3 gene using forward and reverse primers rs196329, characterized by sequences SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2, respectively, as well as rs196329-A-allele-specific and rs196329-G-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probes with sequences SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 4, respectively.

EFFECT: invention provides an easy-to-implement and cost-effective method of single-nucleotide polymorphism genotyping rs196329 (A>G) of the BAG3 gene by real-time PCR.
