FIELD: bridge building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in collapsible bridges. Bridge span comprises a longitudinal main unit and two side cantilevers, each of which is pivotally connected by longitudinal edges to the main unit, which has two bearing beams of I-beam type with support surfaces in extreme lower position, with side support surfaces. Main unit is equipped with hinged bolts with nuts and their locking elements, pivotally fixed near side support surfaces with possibility of rod rotation to main unit and from it. Side surfaces are provided with cutouts, into which rods of the corresponding swing bolts pass and press these surfaces to each other by means of nuts and locking elements. Each lower belt of each main beam near its end is equipped with holes. Each cantilever is equipped with a folding guardrail pivotally connected to the free longitudinal edge of the cantilever. Main unit contains a track with the possibility of assembling 1,520 mm or 1,435 mm tracks. End surfaces of the main unit are equipped with flange connections for integration into a continuous system with other span structures of the bridge. Side cantilevers are made with possibility of folding along main unit double-tee beams at level below rail track, at least three rotary support legs with side surfaces and planks for fixation of support legs to cantilever in transport position are fixed to side cantilevers. Support legs are made with possibility of bending to side cantilevers. Side cantilevers are made of expanded steel sheet, railings attached by at least two axes to the end of side cantilevers, is made with possibility of folding towards main unit and attachment to side cantilevers in transport position when upper axle is removed. Each main beam can be equipped in end faces with at least twenty holes for connection to each other and for attachment of overlay plate and baffle beam. Each main beam can be equipped with four rows of holes along the length of the upper belt for fastening with clamping planks of rails with track width of 1,520 mm or 1,435 mm. At the same time clamping plates are made with possibility of their rearrangement. Main unit with two cantilevers can be made of at least two sections of the superstructure connected by rigid joints. Opening above joints of span sections and side cantilevers is closed by inter-span deck with hinges. In places where rigid joints are located on the inner side of the main unit, attachment points of axes for pressure plates can be made. Main unit with two cantilevers can be installed on deck superstructure, pontoon stringer or bridge supports. Main unit is made with a loop for attaching a traction cable to it during knurling of bridge spans and at least four transport recessed brackets for slinging of span during crane handling and installation.
EFFECT: possibility of transportation of span structures on railway rolling stock in two tiers.
