FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to devices for protection against fire in a cable, which transfers electric energy to a consumer. Device for controlling heating of a cable-rope of a tethered unmanned aerial vehicle, which includes a protected cable-rope, a switching device, a control unit, introduced are ground source of power supply, auxiliary cable and thermocouple, contacting by hot junction with outer surface of protected cable-rope silicone sheath, wherein the first arm of the ground power source is connected to the beginning of the protected cable-rope, which transfers electrical energy to the aircraft, cold junction of the thermocouple is connected through an auxiliary cable to a control unit connected by its output to the input of the switching device, which is connected by its output to the second arm of the ground power supply.
EFFECT: improved reliability of tethered unmanned aerial vehicle during its manoeuvring.
