SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatrics, allergology and immunology, and can be used for prediction of risk of atopic dermatitis in children in the first four weeks of life. Genealogical index, the level of eosinophils of the peripheral blood of the first postpartum screening and the presence of functional gastrointestinal disorders are determined: intestinal colic, the appearance of pathological impurities in the faeces, reduced frequency of defecation, impaired motor functions, where with a genealogical index of 0-0.2, a low burden is estimated, with value of 0.3-0.5 – moderate, with value of 0.6-0.8 – pronounced, and with value of 0.9 – high, and in the case of determining the patient's severe or high burden with the level of eosinophils equal to or greater than 2%, and in the presence of functional gastrointestinal disorders, a high risk of developing atopic dermatitis is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides absolute accuracy of prediction of not only atopic dermatitis as a debut disease, but also atopic diseases in general by determining a genealogical index, peripheral blood eosinophil level of the first postpartum screening and the presence of functional gastrointestinal disorders in the first four weeks of life.
