SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for prediction of bladder dysfunction. Brain PET/CT is performed using 18F-FDG, 11C-methionine, 11C-choline in the bladder filling phase and determining SUVmax of 18F-FDG, 11C-methionine, 11C-choline in cingulate cortex, thalamus and insula. Absence of urodynamic disorders in the patient is determined with SUVmax of 18F-FDG equal to 14.3, SUVmax of 11C-methionine equal to 7.9, and SUVmax of 11C-choline equal to 4.3, in the anterior cingulate region, thalamus and insula. Risk of developing overactive bladder is determined if SUVmax 18F-FDG is more than 14.3, SUVmax of 11C-methionine is more than 7.9, SUVmax of 11C-choline is more than 4.3 in the anterior cingulate area, thalamus and insula and ratio of values SUVmax 18F-FDG, 11C-methionine and 11C-choline 3:2:1. Risk of developing hypoactive bladder is determined if SUVmax 18F-FDG is less than 14.3, SUVmax of 11C-methionine is less than 7.9 and SUVmax of 11C-choline is less than 4.3 in the anterior cingulate region and thalamus and the ratio of values SUVmax 18F-FDG, 11C-methionine and 11C-choline 3:2:1.

EFFECT: method provides early diagnosis of bladder dysfunction by PET/CT of brain using 18F-FDG, 11C-methionine, 11C-choline.
