SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to radiation therapy and can be used for radiation therapy of patients with newly diagnosed metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer and metastases in retroperitoneal lymph nodes. Three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy is performed in hypofractionation mode, using radiation therapy with intensity modulation with dynamic arches according to the principle of "simultaneous integrated boost". At the same time, regional lymph nodes are exposed simultaneously: common, external and internal iliac, presacral, obturator, and lymph nodes of retroperitoneal space with a single dose (SD) of 1.8 Gy daily, 5 times a week, in amount of 28 fractions to a total dose (TD) of 50.4 Gy, on clinically detected metastatically affected retroperitoneal and regional lymph nodes with SD 2.3 Gy, daily 5 times a week, for 28 fractions, up to TD 64.4 Gy, on the prostate and seminal vesicles with SD 2.5 Gy daily, 5 times a week, in amount of 28 fractions up to TD 70 Gy.

EFFECT: method provides improved conformity, homogeneity of dose distribution and increased gradient of dose fall due to application of technologies of 3-dimensional conformal radiation therapy and its versions: radiation therapy with intensity modulation, radiation therapy with intensity modulation with dynamic arches, integrated "boost" technique.
