SUBSTANCE: soil for roadsides is characterized by the fact that it contains compost, loam and peat, and additionally contains a polymer component of hydrocolloid, and the compost is obtained by aerobic biothermal composting of food wastes and sewage sludge in a mixture with wood chips and sawdust in a climatic chamber under a semi-permeable membrane, the undersize fraction is separated on a screen with a mesh size of 30-60 mm, wherein the obtained compost is a mixture of a humus organic substance of 40-50 wt.% and fermented fraction of wood wastes 50-60 wt.%, pH 7.5-8.0, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: compost 64, loam 30, peat 5, polymer component hydrocolloid 1.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain soil with high efficiency of gardening and high stability of slopes.
