FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used in production of liquid crude steel by converter treatment from loaded melt. Rough melt is obtained by combining liquid iron from a blast furnace and/or a reduction smelting plant with at least one of the components having lower CO2-emissions when producing, than liquid iron, from a group consisting of liquid raw steel from an electric arc furnace, liquid raw steel from an induction furnace, liquid iron from an electric arc furnace, liquid iron from an induction furnace, solid cast iron from induction furnace, solid sponge iron from induction furnace, liquid cast iron from submerged arc furnace (SAF). Invention also relates to a method of producing liquid crude steel by converter treatment from a loaded melt and an apparatus for producing crude steel with a cast iron feed channel, a component feed channel, a mixing device for combining iron and components and a converter tank.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce time of technological cycle in converter and CO2-emissions during steel making.
