SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology and physiotherapy. Complex treatment is carried out with an oral beta-blocker with propranolol 80 mg: 2 times a day at dose of 40 mg for three months and systemic ozone therapy for first 30 days of treatment. 10 procedures per day with intervals of 2 days, including intravenous introduction of 200 ml of 0.9% solution of sodium chloride with concentration of ozone from 1 to 3 procedure of 1.0 mg/l. From 4 to 6 procedure 2 mg/l, from 7 to 10 procedure 3 mg/l.
EFFECT: method enables increasing the serotonin value and reducing the blood plasma calcitonin-gene-related peptide (CGRP) value, reducing the frequency and duration of migraine attacks, the intensity of headache, reducing the use of anaesthetic preparations and reducing the ictal and interictal burden of migraine.
