SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in slaughter shops of farms. Microwave installation comprises, in a vertically arranged non-ferromagnetic conical resonator, made of a non-ferromagnetic cone without bases, rigidly mounted on a non-ferromagnetic cylinder, coaxially arranged electrically driven fluoroplastic rotor on fluoroplastic shaft is located above the hole of equal diameter in the center of its upper non-ferromagnetic ring base. Electric drive of the rotor, having a mechanism for changing the gap between the decks, is located outside the housing of the installation. Under the non-ferromagnetic upper annular base of the non-ferromagnetic cylinder there is rigidly installed an upper ceramic annular deck with a sharply rough coarse-grained abrasive surface. Electrically driven fluoroplastic rotor is presented in the form of a fluoroplastic conical perforated generatrix with a sharply rough coarse-grained abrasive surface, along the perimeter of which a lower ceramic annular perforated deck with a sharply rough coarse-grained abrasive surface is rigidly attached, installed on dielectric frame located on fluoroplastic shaft. Under the non-ferromagnetic perforated base of the non-ferromagnetic cylinder a non-ferromagnetic conical accumulator with an out-of-limit waveguide and a ball valve in it is rigidly fixed. Above the unloading hole on the periphery of the non-ferromagnetic perforated base there is a non-ferromagnetic receiving tank with an electrically driven non-ferromagnetic screw auger. Magnetrons with waveguides and fans are arranged along the perimeter of non-ferromagnetic conical generatrix with shift of 120 degrees. Non-ferromagnetic loading tank with non-ferromagnetic gate valve and non-ferromagnetic electrically driven spiral screw is arranged on top of non-ferromagnetic conical generatrix.

EFFECT: invention provides thermal treatment and decontamination of fat-containing animal slaughter wastes.
