FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to casting and wrought aluminum alloys based on systems Al-Cu-Y-Mg-Cr and Al-Cu-Er-Mg-Cr. Heat-resistant cast or wrought aluminum alloy contains the following, wt.%: copper 4.0–4.8, yttrium 1.4–1.7, magnesium 0.8–1.1, zirconium 0.2–0.3, chromium 0.18–0.22, titanium 0.1–0.15, boron 0.02–0.03, aluminum and impurity elements—the rest. Heat-resistant cast or wrought aluminum alloy contains, wt.%: copper 3.2–4.0, erbium 2.1–2.6, magnesium 0.8–1.1, zirconium 0.2–0.3, chromium 0.18–0.22, titanium 0.1–0.15, boron 0.02–0.03, aluminum and impurity elements—the rest. As impurities, the alloys contain iron up to 0.15 and silicon up to 0.15. Structure of alloys consists of complex alloyed solid solution, dispersoids Al45Cr7 with size of up to 6 nm and intermetallic particles with size of up to 3 mcm.
EFFECT: alloys are characterized by high casting properties, high level of strength at room and high temperatures, especially yield strength at tension and compression at temperatures of 200–300 °C.
