FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, mainly to heat-resistant cast deformable aluminum alloys of Al-Cu-Y and Al-Cu-Er systems hardened by heat and deformation treatment. The options of heat-resistant cast deformable aluminum alloys are claimed. The alloy contains, wt.%: cuprum 4-6.5; yttrium 1.6-2.3; manganese 0.6-0.9; zirconium 0.2-0.3; titanium 0.1-0.15; boron 0.02-0.03; magnesium 0.8-1.1; aluminum is the rest. The alloy contains, wt.%: cuprum 4-6.5; erbium 2.7-4.05; manganese 0.6-0.9; zirconium 0.2-0.3; titanium 0.1-0.15; boron 0.02-0.03; magnesium 0.8-1.1; aluminum is the rest. In both options, the alloy composition consists of complex-alloyed solid solution and intermetallic particles with the size up to 3 mcm.

EFFECT: alloys are characterized in high level of cast properties, high strength values at room and elevated temperatures, and especially high fluidity limit under tension and compression at temperatures of 200-300°C.
