FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry. Method of producing articles from alloyed iron-aluminium alloy includes loading charge into graphite crucible, it is melted by exothermic reaction and the formed alloyed iron-aluminium melt is poured into the rotary mould of the centrifugal casting machine. Charge contains iron scale, aluminium alloys in loose form with content of active aluminium in charge of 22-43 wt. % and scheelite concentrate with content of tungsten oxide of 53-59 wt. % in amount of 0.1-20 wt. % of charge. Introduction of scheelite concentrate into charge and increase of crystallization rate at centrifugal casting allows to reduce grain size of alloy. Inertial forces of centrifugal casting machine allow removing gases from melt, excluding shrinkage phenomena and increasing its density.
EFFECT: obtaining articles from iron-aluminium alloy alloyed with tungsten with reduced grain size, without gas and shrinkage porosity.
