FIELD: methods and devices for metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of cold-rolled strip from heat-resistant stainless steel. Cold rolling is performed in 5-7 passes with total reduction of 50-75%. In the first and second passes asymmetric rolling is performed at the ratio of peripheral speeds of rolls: V2/V1=1.2-1.7, where V2 is the peripheral speed of the lower roll, V1 is the peripheral speed of the upper roll, and symmetrical rolling is performed in the following passes.
EFFECT: reduced number of passes at rolling of cold-rolled strip from heat-resistant stainless steel.
