FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of rolled sheets from low-alloyed steel. Slab is heated, symmetrically rolled, and in the last rolling pass – asymmetric rolling. Asymmetric rolling is carried out with reduction of not less than 40-60% in temperature range from 780 °C to 900 °C and at ratio of peripheral speeds of rolls: V2/V1=1.2-2.0, where V2 is the peripheral speed of the lower roll, V1 is the peripheral speed of the upper roll.
EFFECT: intensification of metal grain fragmentation process and formation of ultrafine ferrite.
