FIELD: soundproof panels.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a specialized wooden structure designed to improve sound insulation characteristics. Soundproof wood panel, including outer layers of solid wood sheets and inner layer made using acoustic cavities in the form of a hemisphere with intervals between them, area occupied by acoustic cavities is from 10 to 75% of total area of sheet of inner layer. Acoustic cavities are obtained by milling from one or two sides of the sheet of the inner layer.
EFFECT: presence of acoustic cavities made in the inner layer on one and on both sides enables to reduce the effect of airborne noise, thereby improving acoustic comfort for a person.
