SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical biotechnology. Disclosed is a method for screening blood mineral homeostasis disorders, in which: to blood serum pre-centrifuged at 3500×g for 5 minutes, fluorescent dye OsteoSense 680EX is added, followed by mixing with fluorescent dye PKH67 to determine the initial concentration of calcium-phosphate complexes and determining compensation of blood mineral homeostasis by flow cytometry, wherein the value of calcium-phosphate complexes in a conditionally healthy blood donor should be not less than 378 calcium-phosphate complexes/mcl; to blood serum pre-centrifuged at 3500×g for 5 minutes, adding calcium chloride and sodium hydrophosphate solutions in a final concentration of 2 mmol/l to assess the tendency of blood serum to form calcium-phosphate complexes, wherein the degree of increase in optical density, detected by spectrophotometry at wavelength of 650 nm, is used to assess the severity of decompensation of blood mineral homeostasis, wherein optical density values should not exceed +0.009 standard units. units. relative to serum of the same patient without its supersaturation.
EFFECT: invention provides assessment of initial compensation of mineral homeostasis disorders and intensity of its decompensation in mineral stress-test.
