FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to medical ecology, hygienic diagnostics and gastroenterology, and can be used for early diagnosis of functional dyspepsia in children of 4-6 years old, associated with excessive contamination of biological media with lead. If the child’s blood lead content is not less than 0.0173 mg/dm3, if the level of dopamine is not less than 1.5 times compared to the upper limit of the physiological norm, equal to 44 pg/cm3, and with ionized calcium content of not less than 1.25 mmol/dm3, as well as in the presence of a combination of genotypes TT of the DRD2 gene C2137T (rs1800497) and TT of the CALCR gene C1377T (rs1801197), early manifestations of functional dyspepsia associated with excessive lead contamination of biological media are diagnosed in children.
EFFECT: method provides early diagnosis of functional dyspepsia associated with excessive lead contamination in children of 4-6 years old due to simultaneous determination of toxicological, laboratory and genetic parameters.
