SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a universal integration vector SB7G_HIGH for cloning cDNA encoding variable domains of antibodies, comprising an expression cassette flanked by inverted repeats for integration with Sleeping beauty (SB) transposase in the eukaryotic cell genome, as well as to recombinant plasmid SB7G_HIGH_DEV_K57, obtained therefrom. Also disclosed is a recombinant monoclonal antibody DEV_K57, having virus-neutralizing activity on SARS-CoV-2 variants of Delta and Omicron.

EFFECT: invention is effective for producing genetic structures that provide more efficient synthesis and secretion of recombinant monoclonal antibodies in a eukaryotic producer cell line CHO-S, which is characterized by more effective post-translational modification and higher output of said recombinant antibodies having virus-neutralizing activity on SARS CoV 2 virus of Delta and Omicron variants.
