FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: following is described: a recombinant human antibody T11 of the IgG class against the SARS-CoV-2 virus which has the property of selectively binding to the RBD domain of the S protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and neutralizing the activity of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and a method of its preparation. The antibody contains a heavy chain variable domain (VH) with the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and a light chain variable domain (VL) with the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of antibodies that have neutralizing activity against the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
