SUBSTANCE: created is the plasmid genetic construct pET21a_SKP providing the expression of a single-domain antibody against SARS-CoV-2 in the prokaryotic system E. coli, having size of 5917 bp and the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1. Recombinant SKP protein is obtained, which is expressed in the E. coli prokaryotic system by the plasmid genetic construct pET21a_SKP at cl. 1, having broadly neutralizing properties of a single-domain nanoantibody against SARS-CoV-2, having molecular weight of 23 kDa and amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 2.

EFFECT: extended range of single-domain nanoantibodies for SARS-CoV-2 virus diagnostics, as well as production of broadly neutralizing antibodies with high and stable expression yield.
