SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine, namely to cardiology. Claimed is device for improvement of heart valve functioning, which contains first loop-shaped support, made with possibility of adjoining first side of heart valve, and first flange unit, which is connected with said first loop-shaped support. Flange unit is made with possibility of placement close to said fibrous ring, and first loop-shaped support adjoins said heart valve. Claimed is method of heart valve recovery, which is realised by means of said device.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to realise reliable fixation of device to fibrous valve, as well as to prevent reverse blood flow from ventricular side towards auricle.
