FIELD: railway track repair devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for release of sleeper boxes from caked contaminated ballast during operation of crushed stone cleaning machines. Sleeper box puncher comprises hydromechanical device including suspension, return spring, tilt hydraulic cylinder, impact mechanism including vertical guides, rollers, punching hydraulic cylinder, impact frame, electric vibrator is fixed to impact frame. At the same time there are two such hydromechanical devices with possibility of their movement in transverse direction of the railway track axis. Suspension of each of hydromechanical devices comprises mounting plate, in lugs of plate there are mutually parallel guides fixed, on one of guides with possibility of rotary-translational movement around and along it there is a fork, to which with possibility of rotation around trunnions the housing of impact mechanism is suspended. In the housing of the impact mechanism there is a slider with guides, with the possibility of vertical movement during rolling of the rollers, the axes of which are rigidly installed in the housing of the impact mechanism. Slider is connected with impact frame and punching hydraulic cylinder. Carriage connected with fork and tilt hydraulic cylinder is movably fixed on parallel guides.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing the punching speed, reliability, while providing working space for manipulation with other working mechanisms.
