FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to track ballast cleaning machines. According to invention, in crushed stone cleaning machine vibrating screen is equipped with two pairs of sequentially arranged sieving surfaces, wherein two top sieves are connected with cleaned crushed stone coarse fraction feed conveyor while bottom two are connected with cleaned crushed stone fine fraction feed conveyor. Cleaned crushed stone feed conveyors are located on the sides of the centre beam of the bearing frame along the longitudinal axis of the machine on the outer side. Conveyors for feeding cleaned crushed stone are made with possibility of filling the bunker distribution system successively, performing layer-by-layer laying first of fine and then coarse fraction of cleaned crushed stone into the path.
EFFECT: as a result, a crushed stone cleaning machine is created with a balanced combination of high efficiency and optimum quality of sieving and reuse of ballast materials when implementing a sufficiently simple single-module layout scheme.
