FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to track ballast cleaning machines. Ballast cleaner comprises three articulated frames supported by running and self-propelled trucks. On the front frame, a ballast-cleaning device is mounted in the form of two V-shaped three-sieve vibrating screens, a system of conveyors for supplying the cut ballast for cleaning, weeds removal conveyors, rotary conveyor and cleaned ballast supply conveyors system with drum elevator. Middle frame carries working tools in the form of a puncher of sleeper boxes, a front pair of cut-out rotors equipped with cutting blades for cutting the ballast from under the sleepers ends into the rotors excavating zone, lifting and straightening device, plough-type dredge device, rear pair of rotor-collectors, as well as the cut ballast supply conveyor system, the cleaned ballast supply conveyor and the cleaned ballast laying distribution-dosing device. Self-propelled trucks, power plant and ballast weights are mounted on the rear frame to create the required traction force.

EFFECT: result is high-efficiency and high-speed ballast cleaner for operation on hauls.
