FIELD: chemistry; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in making radiating layers in light-emitting diodes. First, a solution of polyethylene oxide (PEO) in methanol with addition of cesium chloride and a solution of lead bromide in dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO) is separately prepared. Obtained solutions are mixed. Mixed solution containing CsPbBr2 Cl:PEO in weight ratio of 1:1 is deposited on substrate, centrifuged for 10 minutes at rate of 2500 rpm to form a thin film containing halogen perovskite grains, passivated in a PEO matrix which limits the size and mutual distribution of said grains. Substrate with obtained film is placed on tile and annealed for 20–30 s at temperature of 180–200 °C. Obtained electroluminescent mixed lead-halide perovskite material has high phase stability and luminescence in range of 450–500 nm corresponding to blue light.
EFFECT: due to optimum distribution of perovskite grains in material volume, suppression of phase segregation effect in applied external electric field is provided.
