FIELD: biotechnology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and personalized medicine. Disclosed is a method for using the haemotest system in vitro for detecting the cytokine status of blood with suspected autoinflammatory diseases and anti-inflammatory activity of the test substance, involving the study of the level of inflammatory mediator molecules in culture media containing blood cells after incubation with an inflammation trigger, a mixture of the trigger and the test substance.
EFFECT: invention can be used in pharmaceutics for searching for new medicinal preparations, comparing biological activity of generics, biosimilars, counterfeit products and in personalized medicine, in particular for assessing the cytokine status of the patients' blood, detecting autoinflammatory diseases in them, assessing the efficacy of the substances inhibiting the action of inflammation activation.
