FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a haemostatic medical product comprising a nonwoven substrate and an active layer of a haemostatic material powder adhered thereto, comprising a mixture of chitosan and an acrylic acid polymer, characterized by that chitosan is used as chitosan with molecular weight from 60 kDa to 600 kDa and degree of deacetylation from 70% to 99%, as substrate nonwoven fabric with thickness from 0.5 to 2 mm and density from 50 g/m2 up to 180 g/m2 is used, obtained from cellulose fibres and two-component staple fibre from polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene, where the nonwoven fabric consists of 65% of cellulose fibres and 35% of two-component staple fibre from polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene, and where a layer of medical glue “БФ-6” is applied on the nonwoven fabric, on which a uniform layer of haemostatic material is applied, consisting of a mixture of chitosan powder and a lightly crosslinked acrylic polymer acids, wherein the particles of the haemostatic material partially embedded in the adhesive layer “БФ-6” form the outer three-dimensional surface of the haemostatic material layer.
EFFECT: present invention provides the possibility of increasing haemostatic activity by creating a three-dimensional structure of an absorbent surface with a controlled internal structure from a mixture of chitosan powders and lightly crosslinked polymer of acrylic acid with intensified bactericidal effect with possibility of increasing compression effect on bleeding source when placing article on wound.
