FIELD: ceramics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in making ceramic materials for medical purposes. To obtain bismuth-sodium-calcium oxoapatite, in an alundum crucible with volume of 40 ml placed successively are 9.96 g Ca(NO3)2⋅4H2O, 2.56 g Bi(NO3)3⋅5H2O, 0.45 g NaNO3, 4.18 g (NH4)2HPO4. Crucible is placed in a muffle furnace and heated to temperature of 573 K at rate of 3-5 deg/min. Then calcination is carried out at temperature of 573 K for 3 hours, after which the crucible is cooled to room temperature and the mixture is dispersed in an agate mortar using ethyl alcohol. Obtained monodisperse powder is placed in a crucible and again heated to 873 K at rate of 5-7 deg/min with dispersion every hour for 10 minutes. Mixture is held at the final temperature for 6 hours. After dispersion, the mixture is again calcined in an alundum crucible at temperature of 1,273 K for 6-8 hours.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain bismuth-sodium-calcium oxoapatite of composition Ca8BiNa(PO4)6O in the form of a crystalline powder from readily available reagents for a relatively short period of time.
