FIELD: medicine; transplantology.

SUBSTANCE: after removal of the graft from the transport container, the portal and arterial systems of the liver transplant are cannulated, through which with the help of a heart-lung machine by means of two roller pumps, two perfusion circuits and one oxygenator performing a hypothermic oxygenated perfusion with maintenance of average perfusion pressure of 5 mm Hg for the portal system and 25 mm Hg for the arterial system.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce ischemic damage of liver transplant obtained from postmortem donor with extended criteria, provides aerobic metabolism in donor liver cells during its cold preservation.
