SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a method for genotyping a polymorphic locus rs1801310 (A>G) of the GSS gene in a human. Method is carried out by means of a real-time PCR method and involves the use of forward and reverse primers with sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 and 2, respectively, as well as rs1801310-A- and G-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probes with sequences SEQ ID NO: 3 and 4, respectively.

EFFECT: present invention provides an accessible and easy-to-implement method of genotyping single-nucleotide polymorphism rs1801310 (A>G) of the GSS gene.
