FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a highly concentrated solution of riamilovir, which involves mixing riamilovir and sulphuric acid with concentration of not less than 15% in a weight ratio of 1:3. Obtained solution is extracted with ethyl acetate until decolouration, then the solution is evaporated, filtered and dried using a rotary evaporator. Obtained NH-acid form of riamilovir is mixed with meglumine in an equimolar ratio, water is added in an amount of not less than 30 wt.% of the weight of the mixture of the NH-acid form of riamilovir with meglumine and intensively stirred until complete dissolution.
EFFECT: obtaining highly concentrated solution of riamilovir in water with content of NH-acid form of riamilovir up to 41.4% by weight.
