FIELD: threaded connections.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for fixation of bolted joints, which protect them from loosening in conditions of considerable vibration. Adjustable bolt joint includes parts fastened by it, bolt, gasket, spring and clamping nut. On the section adjacent to the bolt head there are longitudinal grooves of trapezoidal shape, then there is a threaded section. Clamping nut consists of two sections: the first one – which is a hollow cylinder, and in the side walls of which there are holes, where steel balls protruding from these holes are placed, and the second – a threaded section. Said steel balls are recessed in bolt grooves adjoining bolt head and confined by ring with lengthwise grooves on inner surface that encloses cylindrical section of clamping nut from outside and is locked by retainer ring and washer separating cylindrical section of clamping nut from spring.
EFFECT: providing reliable and long-term fixation in vibration conditions.
