FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: use for acoustic emission control of vessels operating under pressure. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that a preliminary study of the acoustic properties of the control object is carried out, then primary transducers are installed, operability of acoustic emission equipment is checked and channels are calibrated, acoustic emission signals are recorded, first the controlled object is loaded to test pressure, acoustic emission is continuously recorded, for each signal parameters are determined: maximum amplitude, swing, number of zero line crossings and number of local amplitude maxima, signals parameters are recorded in a database, at that signal envelope is determined and recorded in database, according to the envelope shape and the parameter values, the recorded signals are classified by determining the useful signal and the parasite signal, they are entered into the database, after which the recorded signals are classified in real time using a convolutional neural network, signals with the class of signals-parasites are considered to be non-informative and are not used for control, while the signals with the class of useful signals are used to determine coordinates of developing defects and their degree of danger is judged.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of increasing the reliability of acoustic emission control of vessels operating under pressure.
