FIELD: separation.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of membranes for separation of organic gases. Separation membrane for separation of organic gases, containing material having an organometallic frame structure, includes a membrane base and a functional layer of a material having an organometallic frame structure, which contains a plurality of embedded polyhedral structures. Polyhedron is formed from a plurality of crystal lattices and for the two neighboring polyhedrons embedded in each other, the crystal lattices are partially common and/or distance between centers of two adjacent polyhedrons is less than average value L for lengths of two adjacent polyhedrons. Base membrane is one or more selected from the following: polypropylene membrane, polyethylene membrane, polyvinyl chloride membrane or polytetrafluoroethylene membrane. Also disclosed are versions of the method of producing a separation membrane containing material having an organometallic frame structure and use of the separation membrane.

EFFECT: membrane for separation of organic gases has such characteristics as high separation coefficient, high flow through the membrane, resistance to adhesion, resistance to contamination.
