FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgery, and can be used in combined treatment of patients with malignant diseases of oesophagus. Endovascular intervention is performed under control of angiograph. Angiographic catheter on a guide is delivered into a descending aorta, a celiac trunk is catheterised, a common hepatic artery, a gastroduodenal artery, a right gastroepiploic artery are visualized. Patency and integrity of the right gastroepiploic artery is stated, then it is selectively catheterised and a vasodilating agent is introduced into its lumen. Control survey is performed by introducing a contrast agent into the lumen of the right gastroepiploic artery.
EFFECT: method enables providing adequate oxygenation of the graft, reducing venous congestion, reducing a probability of developing complications associated with haemodynamic disorders in the gastric stem used for oesophageal repair.
