SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding various materials, used in the production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. The centrifugal disc grinder comprises a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 disks. In the centre of the lower horizontal disk 5, a distribution cone 7 is rigidly attached, from which radial blades 8 of rectangular cross section are rigidly fixed from the centre to the periphery, the height of which decreases towards the periphery. On the upper end of each radial blade 8 with a pitch decreasing in the direction of the periphery, vertical rectangular grooves 9 are made. Radial blades 10 of the same height are rigidly attached to the lower surface of the upper conical disk 4. To the lower end of each radial blade 10, prismatic protrusions 11 with an upper inclined surface are rigidly attached, located in vertical rectangular grooves 9 of the radial blades 8 of the lower horizontal disk 5, providing a gap between the outer profile of the prismatic protrusions 11 and the profile of the inner surface of the vertical rectangular grooves 9. Between the radial blades 8 and 10 of both disks 4 and 5 there is a vertical gap. The height and width of the vertical rectangular grooves 9 and prismatic protrusions 11 decrease from the centre of the disks 4 and 5 to their periphery in proportion to the decrease in the height of the radial blades 8 of the lower horizontal disk 5, which decreases from 1.2Dmax to (0.1… 0.2)Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material.
