SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding various materials, used in the production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. The centrifugal disc grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 discs. In the center of the lower horizontal disc 5, a distribution cone 7 is rigidly attached, from which radial blades 8 of rectangular cross section are rigidly fixed from the center to the periphery, the height of which evenly decreases towards the periphery. At the upper end of each radial blade 8, prismatic grooves 9 with vertical side ends 10 and a radial inclined end 11 are made sequentially one after another towards the periphery. On the lower surface of the upper conical disc 4, radial blades 12 are rigidly attached, the lower end of each of which is made with prismatic protrusions 13, sequentially alternating from the center to the periphery and located in the prismatic grooves 9 of the radial blades 8 of the lower horizontal disc 5, ensuring a process gap between the outer profile of the prismatic protrusions 13 and the profile of the inner surface of the prismatic grooves 9. The radial inclined ends of 14 prismatic protrusions 13 and 11 prismatic grooves 9 have an angle of inclination in the direction of the periphery of the discs 4 and 5. The height and width of the vertical rectangular grooves 10 and prismatic protrusions 9 decrease from the center of the discs 13 and 4 to their periphery in proportion to the decrease in the height of the radial blades 5 of the lower horizontal disc 8, which decreases from 5.2Dmax to (1.1… 0.10)Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material.
